Each session in the College Success Workshops for High School Students will cover essential topics to prepare your child for college:
- Self-Discovery & Goal Setting: Activities and discussions to help students understand their strengths, interests, and aspirations.
- Exploring Careers & Majors: Guidance on choosing potential career paths and college majors based on personal interests and skills.
- Crafting Compelling Essays: Tips and techniques for writing standout college application essays that capture students’ unique voices and experiences.
- Designing the Perfect College Fit: How to research and select colleges that align with academic goals, financial needs, and personal preferences.
- Building a Balanced College List: Strategies to create a list of schools that range from safety to reach options.
